Mr. C. Davis Barclay

Mr. C. Davis Barclay graduated from Greenville High School, served four years in the United States Air Force and then retired from the Florida Highway Patrol after 31 years of employment. While with FHP, Mr. Barclay received a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from the University of North Florida and was subsequently employed as a Social Studies teacher and a Public Safety instructor for four years at Camden County High School in Camden County, Georgia. Mr. Barclay then received a Master of Education Degree from Troy State University and an Education Specialist Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Albany State University. Mr. Barclay served as an administrator at Camden County High School before coming to Madison County. Mr. Barclay also does regular classroom walk-throughs to check on the success of our FCIM focus lessons and actively supports the curriculum.
